Park at the large parking area at the junction of Canistear Road and Route 23. Walk up Canistear Road and under the railroad tracks. Turn right into the woods just after the railroad overpass. Follow the trail over a "hump" and then turn to east at between .4 and .5 miles and start to bushwhack toward the high point. It is only about .25 miles to the high point. Follow the same route back to the car.
